 We offer flexible, results-driven programs tailored to your goals, schedule, and fitness level. Whether you're just starting out, getting back into shape, or training with a specific goal in mind, we have options to meet your needs.

Personal Training

Personal Training – 55-Minute Sessions

One-on-one or two-person sessions
Train solo or with a partner (must have similar fitness levels and goals). Our 55-minute personal training sessions are fully customized to help you build strength, improve endurance, and stay motivated. 

Half-Hour “In and Out” Training Sessions

Short on time? Just getting started? Our 30-minute personal training sessions are perfect for busy schedules or budget-conscious clients. These sessions are focused, goal-driven, and efficient.

  • Sold in blocks of 10–20 sessions
  • Warm-up on your own before the session begins
  • Great for beginners or those progressing toward longer workouts


Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s

$12 per class or $120 for a 10-class punch card

(1 class free)

Join our specialized Rock Steady Boxing classes for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Each 90-minute class includes:

  • A full warm-up
  • Targeted boxing exercises to improve strength, balance, and coordination
  • Cool down and recovery

Attend any of our five weekly class times. A receipt can be provided for insurance reimbursement if eligible.
