Hi! I am so happy that you found my website! I started SOL Fitness in 2009 after a 12-year career at the YMCA where I ran the marketing, group classes, special events and Life Center. I was responsible for purchasing equipment and training as well as teaching. I LOVE sharing fitness and wellness with others!

55-minute sessions for one or two clients together **Note It is best if the individuals working out together are compatible in ability and goals. Otherwise, you must be patient while the trainer may have to spend a little more time with one person. Call for cost.
A client can sign up for half-hour sessions in a block of 10 - 20 sessions. Half Hour sessions are good if you are short on time, just getting started and want to work up to better fitness, or want to get more sessions in with a tighter budget. In the half-hour session it is expected that you warm up before your training time so you're ready to go right on time! We will have a specific goal and plan for the alloted time!
Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson's is an hour and a half class with plenty of warn-up, boxing and cool down time. Classes are held at 5 different times during the week. You may attend any class. **See the Rock Steady Boxing Page. One class is $12.00 or purchase a punch card for $120 for 10 classes and get 1 free! We do give you a receipt if you have insurance coverage.
